1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing ploutosservices.com or using the Ploutos Services platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Ploutos Services LLC provides technology infrastructure and operations management services for alternative investment firms. Access to the platform is by invitation only, subject to a separate service agreement between Ploutos Services and your organization.

3. Access and Accounts

Platform access is granted to authorized users of client organizations. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Using the platform only for its intended business purpose within your organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to users, Ploutos Services, or third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data without our written consent
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Intellectual Property

The Ploutos Services platform — including all software, design, and content we create — is owned by Ploutos Services LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for its intended purpose. No ownership or broader license is transferred.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over information you input into the platform.

6. Confidentiality

The platform may contain information that is confidential to your organization or to Ploutos Services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to unauthorized parties.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our services are intended for sophisticated business users; you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information produced by the platform before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploutos Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ploutos Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party providers including Google and Microsoft for authentication. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service practices.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
